Our products contain only gluten-free oats that follow strict segregation all the way from the farm to the bowl. Our bakery also follows a strict process for segregation and gluten testing. We are currently undergoing the crossed grain certification for our site and products.
Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians so you can enjoy the full range.
Just Live a Little granolas are only sweetened using a little date syrup. This is a natural sugar and has a lower glycaemic index than refined sugar.

Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable and that includes our boxes too.
We can ship internationally but due to Brexit and rising costs we need to assess this on a case by case basis. Please drop us a note and we can look at shipping charges for you. Or you can have a look on Amazon to see if they can deliver to your country.
